• Oil pastel works are protected with fixative, but remain delicate surfaces and should be handled with care.

Shipping Times

Each artwork is carefully prepared and packaged before shipping. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and are usually delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing, but most orders typically arrive within 5–25 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays, customs procedures or seasonal demand.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of:

• the artwork

• the packaging

• and any visible damage

Every effort will be made to resolve the issue as fairly as possible.

Digital Products & Workshops

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available for workshop videos, downloadable materials or digital products once access has been provided.
